受新型冠狀病毒疫情影響，聯會將不會派隊參加於法國諾曼第舉行之第十九屆世界中學生運動會。
The HKSSF will not participate in the 19th ISF Gymnasiade to be held in Normandy, France, due to the epidemic of COVID-19.		 20 Jan 2022
由於原定2021年10月16日至23日於中國晉江舉行之第十八屆世界中學生運動會延至2022年11月26日至12月3日舉行（地點不變），因此需要補選超齡運動員。補選詳情將稍後公布。
The 18th ISF Gymnasiade originally scheduled in Jinjiang, China from 16 to 23 October 2021 will be rescheduled to 26 November - 3 December 2022. In this connection, athletes substitution will be taken place as some selected athletes are overaged. Details of the selection arrangements will be announced in due course.		 20 Jan 2022

根據現時防疫措施 ，  進入國內需要進行長時間檢疫隔離方能參與賽事，本會決定不派隊參與2021年7月10日至17日舉行之中華人民共和國第十四屆學生運動會。
Due to long period of stay under health quarantine measures for travelling to midland China before start of the Games, therefore, our Federation resolved to withdraw from participation of the 14th National Student Sports Games which will be held from 10 to 17 July 2021.		 8 Jun 2021
