由於第十二屆全國學生運動會排球預賽賽期正值聯會之全港學界精英排球比賽及一月初學校考試期間，
聯會經審慎考慮後，決定不派隊參加第十二屆全國學生運動會排球預賽。
As the schedule of the Volleyball Preliminary Round Competition of the 12th National Student Sports Games of PRC clashes with our“All Hong Kong Schools Jing Ying Volleyball Tournament" and also falls in the school examination period in early January, the Federation decided not to participate in the Volleyball Preliminary Round Competition of the 12th National Student Sports Games of PRC.
